NFL Mock Draft 2012: Patriots Projected To Pick Shea McClellin, Brandon Boykin

Stay connected for news and updates

As the 2012 NFL Draft draws closer, Pro Football Talk released its final mock draft, which gives some insight into who the New England Patriots might be looking at selecting with their two late first round picks. For now, it looks as if they're targeting Shea McClellin, a linebacker from Boise State, at No. 27 and Brandon Boykin, a cornerback from Georgia, with their No. 31 overall pick.

The No. 27 pick comes from the New Orleans Saints. There has also been some speculation that the Patriots could trade one of the picks to move lower in the draft for more picks. The Boston Globe's mock draft has the team trading the No. 31 selection to the Indianapolis Colts.
