New York Giants tight end Jake Ballard left the game in a cart on the way to the locker room after he was unable to even stand on the sidelines.

And there goes Ballard, off to the locker room on the cart. He's clearly done for the game and the Giants are down to one TE. #NYG 4 minutes ago via Seesmic · Reply · Retweet · Favorite · powered by @socialditto

The injury to Ballard leaves the Giants with just one tight end, Bear Pascoe, as Travis Beckum tore his ACL earlier in the game.

The Patriots currently lead the Giants by a score of 17-15 halfway through the fourth quarter.
