Logan Mankins Press Conference 01.29.12: Mankins Is Ready For Giants Pass Rush

Logan Mankins understands very well how many problems the New York Giants pass rush can cause. He remembers playing against them not only in the Super Bowl XLII loss, but also this year's more recent defeat. Mankins knows it will be an all-day job to stop this formidable foe.

"The thing that makes them unique is they have four guys out there at all times that can rush the passer. They're really good. Their tackles are good. At times they put four defensive ends at one time. They have the personnel to really get after you."

Mankins is ready for the additional challenge of a relatively new Giant on the front, who can certainly be a headache.

"They added a guy - Jason Pierre Paul. He's pretty good. He had a heck of a year, and he does a lot of things that other players in the league can't do. He makes it really tough."

While New York's line may very well be the best in the league, it doesn't draw anymore ire than another according to Mankins:

"...We don't like any defensive line, so they are on the list. I don't think there's any more than any other team."
