Stay connected for news and updates

The NFL season boils down to the two most important games of the season to date, as the New England Patriots, Baltimore Ravens, San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants all play Sunday to determine which teams will go to the Super Bowl on Championship Sunday.

In the first game, Tom Brady and the Patriots look to continue the success as they play host to Joe Flacco and the Ravens at 3 p.m. EDT (TV/Radio: CBS/98.5 The Sports Hub, WEEI) in the AFC Championship Game at Gillette Stadium. Brady and the Pats are coming off a blowout win over Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos, 45-10, in the divisional round while Flacco and Baltimore beat the Houston Texans 20-13 last weekend to advance.

After that, Eli Manning leads the Giants into Candlestick Park to face Patrick Willis and the 49ers in the NFC Championship Game at 6:30 p.m. (FOX). San Francisco posted a thrilling victory over Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints last weekend in the divisional round while the Giants upset the Green Bay Packers to reach the title game.
