With the roster trimmed down to 53, the New England Patriots have now finalized their eight man practice squad. The initial practice squad roster is composed mostly of first year players, with only three veterans listed.
Safety Ross Ventrone, running back Eric Kettani, wide receiver Kerry Taylor, linebacker Markell Carter, defensive lineman Aaron Lavarias and offensive linemen Nick McDonald, Matt Kopa and Thomas Welch make up the squad.
