Following a drive that ended in an interception, Tom Brady and the Patriots offense returned to the field for a redemption drive. They did just that as Tom Brady hooked up with Wes Welker for a two-yard touchdown to give the Patriots the 21-14 lead over Miami. New England needed just 10 plays and 73 yards to get there.
