22. Philadelphia Eagles - Jaiquawn Jarrett (S - Temple Owls)

23. Kansas City Chiefs - Rodney Hudson (C - Florida State Seminoles)

24. New England Patriots - Shane Vereen (RB - California Golden Bears)

25. Detroit Lions - Mikel Leshoure (RB - Illinois Fighting Illini)

26. Baltimore Ravens - Torrey Smith (WR - Maryland Terrapins)

27. Cleveland Browns - Greg Little - (WR - North Carolina Tar Heels)

28. Houston Texans - Brandon Harris (DB - Miami Hurricanes): This was the Patriots' third and final pick of the second round, that is, until they traded it away to Houston.

29. San Diego Chargers - Jonas Mouton - (OLB - Michigan Wolverines)

30. Miami Dolphins - Daniel Thomas (RB - Kansas State Wildcats)
