The 12-3 New England Patriots will host the 6-9 Buffalo Bills this Sunday with their eyes on the number one seed and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. At 12-3 the Patriots control their own destiny. If they defeat the Bills Sunday, they finish as the number one seed in the AFC. If they lose, either the Ravens or Steelers can jump ahead of the Pats and gain home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
At 6-9 the Bills have nothing to play for, other than spoiler to their division rivals.
According to Odds Shark the Patriots opened as an 13-point favorite, but the line has dropped as low as 10 or 11 on most sites, probably because of Tom Brady's shoulder injury.
According to Vegas Insider money is coming in equally split on both teams against the spread – 50 percent on the Pats and 50 percent on the Bills.
The Over/Under is 50.5 and 90 percent of the wagers are being placed on the over.
