It's possible that head coach Jim Calhoun could return to the bench against Pittsburgh. The Hall of Famer returned to practice on Friday after missing UConn's last eight games. The Huskies are 3-5 in his absence.

UConn has lost two straight by a combined four points to fall to 6-9 in the Big East. The most recent loss came at Providence Tuesday night. The Huskies built a 14-point second-half lead, but a 26-5 Providence run turned the game upside down. Andre Drummond had 14 points and 12 boards in the losing effort.
