The 2012 NCAA Women's Tournament continues with a pair of high profile matchups in the Elite Eight on Monday. The top two seeds in the Fresno and Des Moines regions managed to avoid upsets in the first three rounds, setting up what should be a great day of basketball.

In the early evening game, Brittney Griner and the top-seeded Baylor Bears look to continue their undefeated season against the 2-seed Tennessee Volunteers. Afterwards, the 1-seed Stanford Cardinal will take on a 2-seed Duke Blue Devils squad coming off a 74-47 win over St. John's.

No. 2 Tennessee vs. No. 1 Baylor - 7:00 p.m. ET, ESPN/ESPN3

Fresno Region Final:
