National Basketball Associationâ†µ
The Celtics will put their two-game winning streak up against James Harden, Jeremy Lin and the Houston Rockets in the first of ESPN's Friday night doubleheader. Houston had lost three straight before getting by the Washington Wizards, 99-93, on Wednesday to snap the skid. The Rockets rank third in the league in points per game, averaging 104.2 a night, but their points allowed defense is the NBA's worst, as they surrender 104.8 points per contest.â†µ
The NCAA Division III national championship kicks off at 7 p.m. on ESPNU, as Saint Thomas takes on Mount Union. Also, North Dakota State hosts Georgia Southern in a FCS semifinal showdown. Kickoff is at 8 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN2.â†µ
The CBS Sports Network will be airing Western Michigan at Michigan, in a contest scheduled to get underway at 7:35 p.m.â†µ
