CHESTNUT HILL - Tanner Price's swing pass to Chris Givens went for a 47-yard gain down the left sideline and a touchdown, marking the only score of the third quarter to give the Wake Forest Demon a 24-9 lead over the Boston College Eagles after three quarters at Alumni Stadium.
Givens' touchdown catch capped off a three-play, 59-yard drive for Wake Forest that spanned 1:19 and came with 12:01 left in the third quarter. Niether team would touch the scoreboard for the remaining 12 minutes.
