Boston College Vs. Wake Forest: Andre Williams Suffers Right Leg Injury

CHESTNUT HILL - Andre Williams, a sophomore running back for the Boston College Eagles, suffered a right leg injury on a play early in the second quarter and was later reported to have a right leg injury. His return is listed as questionable.

Williams apparently injured the leg after being thrown down hard to the turf after a short run in Boston College territory. He was immediately tended to by the Boston College medical staff and was helped off the field while favoring his right leg. It was later announced that Williams suffered the right leg injury and went to the locker room for X-Rays.

Through three games, Williams had 324 rushing yards and three touchdowns on 67 carries for Boston College. For his career, Williams entered the game with 785 rushing yards and five career touchdowns on 162 carries.
