CHESTNUT HILL – In his talk with the media before practice on Tuesday, Boston College football head coach Frank Spaziani reported that he has not made a decision as to who will start at the quarterback position on Saturday against Notre Dame.
A report from The Boston Globe Tuesday evening said that true freshman Chase Rettig had won the starting job over sophomore Mike Marscovetra, according to a source.
However, Spaziani denied the report on Wednesday afternoon, saying he still has not made up his mind, and that his choice may be a game-time decision.
