Nobody thought that the Boston Celtics had a chance to beat the Miami Heat after falling behind 2-0 in the Eastern Conference Finals. Now, revisions are being made to opinions all over the country.
The Celtics have tied the series at two games apiece by holding serve at home after holding onto a 93-91 overtime victory on Sunday night.
Over at ESPN.com, Jackie MacMullan put the whole series in perspective after Dwyane Wade misfired on a wide open potential game-winner at the buzzer.
The miss provides Boston with new answers, and Miami with new questions. Sunday night was anyone's game -- and now it's anyone's series.
As for Wade, he took full responsibility for a shot that would've effectively ended the competitive phase of the series.
"It was a good look. It was online but didn't want to go in," Wade said. "Got the shot off I wanted and that is all you can ask for."
Now, the Heat need to come up big at home or face elimination in Game Six at TD Garden. The Celtics have the heart of a champion, and showed it in spades Sunday night.
