The Boston Celtics have two picks in the first round of the 2012 NBA Draft. A recent post-lottery mock predicts which direction they might go in June.
The Boston Celtics are still battling it out with the Miami Heat in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals. Nevertheless, the 2012 NBA Draft is also on the minds of fans following Wednesday night's lottery. The Celtics have two first-round picks this year.
A recent mock draft from CBS Sports imagines how Boston might use the 21st and 22nd picks in the first round of the 2012 NBA Draft.
With the 21st pick, this mock projects the Celtics to take St. John's small forward Moe Harkless. Measuring 6'8" 208 pounds, Harkless averaged more than 15 points a game for the Red Strom last season along with more than 8 rebounds per game.
With the 22nd pick, the Celtics take Royce White, a 6'8" 270 pound forward from Iowa State. White averaged more than 13 points per game for the Cyclones last season along with 9.3 rebounds per game.
