GIF: Celtics Vs. 76ers: Boston Defense Continues To Step Up

The Boston Celtics have the lead in the closing minutes of game one of their series versus the Philadelphia 76ers, after trailing for much of the game. That wouldn't be possible without some strong defense. They have slightly fewer blocks than the 76ers, but Boston's surely look better:

That's the second spectacular block from the Celtics, who never gave up this game despite trailing almost the entire time. Kevin Garnett has 29 points on the night, and Rajon Rondo is also putting in a tremendous effort, racking up 13 point,s 12 rebounds, and 17 assists. It took the Celtics almost the entire night, but they stayed in the game and it may yet pay off.
