BOSTON - Despite a win in the final game of the regular season, the Boston Celtics could not catch up with the Atlanta Hawks, who also won their season finale to clinch home court advantage in their first round series with the C's, which begins on Sunday night in Atlanta.
Sunday's playoff opener will tip off at 7:00 p.m. EST and Game 2 will also be played in Atlanta on Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m. The series will shift to Boston for Games 3 and 4, which take place on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. and on Sunday at 7 p.m. Games 5 and 7 will be in Atlanta on May 8 and 12, with Game 6 taking place in Boston on May 10 (times TBD).
