Celtics Vs. Lakers: Mickael Pietrus To Play In Los Angeles

Stay connected for news and updates

The Boston Celtics will hit the West Coast on Sunday night to take on the Los Angeles Lakers. It appears that the Celtics will be at full strength, as Mickael Pietrus is expected to play in the game.

Pietrus suffered a knee injury in Wednesday's blowout loss to the Philadelphia 76ers and missed Boston's last game as a result. The Celtics got along just fine without him in Friday's win over the Pirtland Trail Blazer, but Pietrus should be ready to play against the Lakers.

This season, the small forward is averaging 6.7 points per game and 3.1 rebounds per game. He has not played more than 25 minutes in a game since Feb. 22.
