Jeremiah Rivers, son of Boston Celtics coach Doc Rivers, was one of five players in attendance at a pre-draft workout held by the Celtics on Saturday.
Rivers, a 6'5", 210-pound guard from the University of Indiana, averaged 4.9 points and had 161 assists in two seasons with the Hoosiers. Rivers, a Winter Park, FL native, played his first two seasons at Georgetown University.
In four seasons, Rivers averaged 3.3 points on 39.7 percent shooting and had 359 rebounds and 226 assists.
Malcolm Lee of UCLA, Chris Wright of Georgetown, Anthony Gurley of UMass and Demonte Harper of Morehead State were also present for the workout.
Boston owns the No. 25 overall pick and the No. 55 overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, which takes place on June 24th at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
