The deal is reportedly worth six million euros. The report also indicates that Krstic was being pursued by Olympiacos and Barcelona of the European leagues. This will be Krstic's second go around in the Russian Pro Basketball League

Krstic, who averaged 9.1 points and 5.3 rebounds with the Celtics, was scheduled to be a free agent on July 1, but instead opted to seek employment overseas, with the possibility of an NBA lockout potentially playing a role in the decision.

In seven NBA seasons, Krstic totaled 4,210 points and 2,261 rebounds in separate stints with three different teams - the New Jersey Nets, the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Celtics. Krstic averaged 10 points and 5.4 rebounds in seven seasons.

Nenad Krstic Reportedly Drawing Interest From Russia's CSKA Moscow

Boston Celtics center Nenad Krstic is reportedly drawing interest from Russian basketball team CSKA Moscow, according to a report from Serbian website Sportske.net.

While Krstic's contract expires at the end of the 2010-11 regular season, it's not sure whether or not Krstic is interested in a return to Boston or if the Serbian center is interested in playing for CSKA Moscow. CSKA president Andrey Vatutin did not confirm nor deny the reports.

"As the off-season is coming with active negotiations and signings of new players, there will be a lot of rumors on alleged future contracts around each club. Some of this information will prove to be true, some will be a complete lie and just an element of the agents' game aimed to increase the price of a particular player. CSKA not will neither deny, nor confirm any rumors before the actual conclusion of official contracts," Vatutin stated according to Championat.ru. (via Sports.ru)

Krstic, who finished the 2010-11 season averaging 8.1 points and 4.7 rebounds, has averaged 10.1 points and 5.4 rebounds in seven NBA season. In 47 games with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Krstic averaged 7.6 points and 4.4 boards.
