Stay connected for news and updates

Thursday marks the first time since last season and since the NBA Lockout took place that the Boston Celtics will be practicing at TD Garden, as the seventh practice of training camp will take place at the team's home arena.

The team will hold a media session at 12:00 p.m. EDT and will practice afterwards. On Friday, the team will hold an open scrimmage in the evening. Boston has been practicing at Healthpoint, the team's practice facility, in Waltham, MA.

Boston held a four-hour practice on Wednesday afternoon, marking their longest session of this year's training camp. Practice began at noon and ran until roughly 4 p.m. The team was on the court for the first two hours before taking a 45-minute break for water, stretching and watching film before resuming practice and ending with a scrimmage.

As of Wednesday's practice, the team has 17 players listed on its camp roster.
