The Boston Bruins tied game two of their first round series with the Washington Capitals at 1-1 in the third period. The game is now in overtime, for the second consecutive game.
Benoit Pouliot scored the goal for the Bruins, 12 minutes into the final period. Brian Rolston and Chris Kelly were the assisting parties. Below is a video of the game-tying goal.
The remainder of the game can be seen on NBC. Five minutes have elapsed in the overtime period. The Bruins have two shots on goal in the extra period, while the Caps have yet to attempt another shot. Tim Thomas has saved 28 of the 29 shots attempted against him.
