Has it been that long?

The Boston Bruins have not won consecutive games since the middle of January, but have an opportunity to change that streak Wednesday night against the Buffalo Sabres. After ousting the Washington Capitals 4-1 on Sunday, the Bruins should take a bit of momentum into Buffalo's First Niagara Center.

Boston last won consecutive games on Jan. 19, when the Bruins dominated the New Jersey Devils 4-1 for their third straight victory.
