Nathan Horton Injury Update: Bruins Forward Still Experiencing Concussion Sympoms

Boston Bruins forward Nathan Horton is still experiencing concussion symptoms, according to Bruins head coach Claude Julien (via WEEI.com).

The Bruins expect the symptoms to continue for at least three more days which would rule Horton out of Tuesday's game against the Ottawa Senators and possibly even Thursday's matchup with the Carolina Hurricanes. In the meantime, Rich Peverley took Horton's spot on the top line in practice.

Julien said about Horton

"He is getting better, but so we can save you guys a lot of trouble of asking every day, at least not for three days. ... He's still at the point where he hasn't ridden the bike yet, but he is getting better."

Horton sustained the concussion on Jan. 22 when he was hit in the head by Flyers forward Tom Sestito. Horton has 17 goals and 15 assists this season. The 17 goals are tied for second on the Bruins this season.
