BOSTON - After killing off a penalty in the final five minutes of the second period, the Bentley Falcons used a pair of late goals to take a 3-1 lead on the host Northeastern Huskies at Matthews Arena. NU's shots on goal edge in the stanza was a bit slimmer at 14-11, but still holds a ten-shot edge for the game overall.

Junior Brett Gensler, who leads Boston College's Johnny Gaudreau and all of NCAA Division I in scoring with 1.69 goals per-game, posted another assist at 14:42 as he fed senior Brett Hartung with the cross-ice pass to beat Huskies senior Chris Rawlings.

The Falcons made it a two-goal lead at 19:06 as Fitchburg, Mass. native Justin Breton streaked past a couple NU defenders, all the way down the ice, before beating Rawlings with a top-shelf backhander on the right post.
