Red Sox Vs. Mariners Lineups: Jacoby Ellsbury Returns

Jacoby Ellsbury will be back in the lineup Monday afternoon as the Red Sox take on the Mariners in the first game of a three-game set.

After missing the final game against the Athletics with a nagging wrist injury, Jacoby Ellsbury's return actually provides a decent boost to a Red Sox lineup which looks, if not good, then at least not as bad as it has been of late. Mauro Gomez will get the start at first in place of James Loney, with Ryan Lavarnway getting the call behind the plate.
