Boston College Vs. Clemson halftime score: Eagles hanging tough with Tigers, trail 24-21

The Boston College Eagles (1-2, 0-1 ACC) are hanging tough with the 17th-ranked Clemson Tigers, trailing by just 3 at the half at Alumni Stadium, 24-21.

Boston College erased a 10-point second-quarter deficit thanks to the play of quarterback Chase Rettig. The junior signal caller has completed 9 of his 14 passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns, connecting with Jonathan Coleman on a 3-yard pass and Alex Amidon on a 31-yard catch-and-run.
