With the new season nearly one month away, the Boston Celtics hold their annual media day at 1:00 p.m. ET on Friday at Healthpoint in Waltham, MA.

Players and coaches will speak to the team for the first time in an organized setting before opening training camp and the preseason. Boston will open its preseason slate with games in Istanbul, Turkey and Milan, Italy before returning to the States. Their first preseason game at TD Garden is Tuesday, October 16 against the Brooklyn Nets.

What should fans expect from media day? For starters, lots of quotes, videos and pictures. All of the Celtics media members will be busy Tweeting and Instagram-ing(?) with the latest from Waltham.
