Currently at 2-1 on the season, this is the Huskies' fourth non-conference game of the season, and they'll play Buffalo next week before commencing Big East play in October.
Last week, the Huskies defeated the Maryland Terrapins and their former head coach Randy Edsall, 24-21, and look to get spark a win streak with a victory against the 1-2 Broncos.
With a stout defense, the Huskies will look to slow down an above-average passing attack from the Broncos. The Broncos are led by quarterback Alex Carder, who has found a new favorite target in freshman Jaime Wilson after losing Jordan White to the NFL.
It will be important for the Broncos to establish a sound passing game early, as the Huskies have been great in limiting opponents from establishing a rushing attack, allowing an average of just 51 yards per game.
Last season, the Broncos defeated UConn 38-31 in East Hartford, Conn.
