The equestrian team jumping event finished Tuesday, and unfortunately Team USA, which features Boston, MA native Karen O'Connor, failed to medal in the competition as they finished in seventh place. For O'Connor, this could be her final Olympics as she has already competed in four other games -- '08, '00, '96 and '88. Overall, O'Connor has won a silver and bronze medal, all coming in team events.
