Celtics Draft Rumors: Boston Linked To Moe Harkless In Mock Draft

With the 2012 NBA Draft coming up on June 28th, the Boston Celtics have to move on from their heartbreaking defeat in the Eastern Conference Finals and focus on the future.

General Manager Danny Ainge has two consecutive picks to work with in the first round (21st and 22nd) and will need to execute them wisely to rebuild this aging team.

Over at ESPN.com, NBA expert Chad Ford has the Celtics selecting Moe Harkless or St. John's and Andrew Nicholson of St. Bonaventure respectively with their two selections.

Harkless only played one year for the Red Storm but looks like a promising small forward who can rebound and shoot the ball with some consistency.

Nicholson on the other hand is a four-year college athlete who can dominate offensively because of his length. He's 6' 9'' and only 220 pounds, leaving a lot of room for him to grow into his lanky frame.

Both would be welcome additions on a team desperate for some youth to surround Rajon Rondo with.
