Boston Celtics vs. Atlanta Hawks - 7:30 p.m. (TV: Comcast SportsNet New England, ESPN) The Boston Celtics host Game 3 of their first round playoff series against the Atlanta Hawks Friday night at the TD Garden. The Celtics came back from an early deficit Tuesday night to take Game 2 and even up the series. The Celtics get Rajon Rondo back from serving his one game suspension for pushing a referee in Game 1.

Chicago Bulls vs. Philadelphia 76ers - 8 p.m. (TV: ESPN2)

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Denver Nuggets - 10:30 p.m. (TV: ESPN)

MLB

Boston Red Sox vs. Baltimore Orioles - 7:10 p.m. (TV: NESN) Jon Lester hopes to get his second win of the season as the Boston Red Sox (11-13) host the so far surprising Baltimore Orioles (16-9). The Orioles start left handed pitcher Wei-Yin Chen, who has two wins thus far.
