The Boston Red Sox are in the third game of a four game set against the Detroit Tigers and they are looking to win their third straight against the Tigers, and seventh in a row at home. There are quite a few changes in the lineup for the Red Sox tonight, starting with shortstop Mike Aviles will be batting second after hitting seventh on Tuesday night.
Kevin Youkilis is back in the lineup at first base after playing third base last night and is hitting sixth. Adrian Gonzalez who subbed in for Youkilis at first base last night is moving to right field. Scott Podsednik is getting a night off from center field and Marlon Byrd is his replacement.
