BOSTON - The legendary Harlem Globetrotters, who bill themselves as the winningest team in sports, played a doubleheader at TD Garden on Saturday afternoon. The kid-friendly team put on a show as usual against the International Elite on the Garden parquet, and here are some highlights from the day's second game.

The Globetrotters played a day game at 2 p.m. and another game at 7 p.m. for the Boston crowd. The night game did not draw a very large crowd, not even filling the lower bowl of the Garden. Nevertheless, the Globetrotters wowed with their usual tricks -- long range shots, dunks and comedic stunts. And there was dancing ... lots and lots of dancing.
But the event is no longer all about basketball. While there are still cool shots and dunks, there are many stoppages in play. Take it for what it's worth, though. It's a fun event to take a kid too, but it doesn't compare to the old Globetrotters.
