No. 8 Cincinnati Bearcats at No. 24 Pittsburgh Panthers - 12:00 p.m. (TV/Radio: ESPN2/Sirius): In a battle of two Big East foes, the Panthers will play host to Cincinnati in a New Year's Eve showdown.

Cincinnati and Pittsburgh are both 12-1, with this being the first conference game for either side.

No. 19 Michigan State Spartans at No. 11 Minnesota Golden Gophers - 2:00 p.m. (TV/Radio: ESPN2/Sirius): Minnesota will try to extend its eight-game winning streak when it hosts Tom Izzo's Spartans.

It's a classic Big Ten battle with Minnesota coming in 12-1 while Michigan State is a robust 11-2.

College Football

USC Trojans vs. Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets - 2:00 p.m. (TV/Radio: ESPN/Sirius/XM): In a battle of two very disappointing teams, USC and Georgia Tech will fight it out in the Sun Bowl.

Matt Barkley will be out for the contest, leaving it up to freshman Max Wittek to quarterback the Trojans.
