Aiming to extend their lead on the AFC East, the Patriots' showdown with the Jets is among the weekend's best.
Looking to put more space between themselves and the rest of the AFC East, the New England Patriots travel to MetLife Stadium in New Jersey to take on the New York Jets on Thanksgiving night.
The primetime meeting between the rivals could serve to put even more distance between the two clubs as the season enters its final stretch. The Patriots have won 15 of their last 19 meetings with the Jets, but needed overtime to beat New York earlier this year, 29-26.
The Patriots will be without tight end Rob Gronkowski, who injured his forearm in New England's 59-24 win against the Indianapolis Colts last weekend.
The 4-6 Jets are tied for last place in the division with the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins, which all chase the 7-3 Pats.
