Boston Sports TV Listings, Nov. 2: Celtics try to bounce back in home opener

The Boston Celtics take the court for the second time in 2012 and the first time at the TD Banknorth Garden, taking on the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday night.

↵

NBA: Milwaukee Bucks vs. Boston Celtics, 7:30 p.m., CSN: The C's season-opening loss at Miami wasn't ideal, but i'ts understandable to lose to the consensus best team in the league on the road on the night when they hoist their championship banner.

↵

The Celtics played very well offensively, turning the ball over a bit too much but featuring strong performances from Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce, and Leandro Barbosa making his Celtics debut off the bench, but can't give up 120 points and expect to win much. The game is the first of the season for a Bucks team featuring a strong backcourt of Monta Ellis and Brandon Jennings, but will likely struggle for production elsewhere.
