New Orleans Hornets vs. San Antonio Spurs - 8 p.m. (NBA): The Spurs -- which return 13 players from last year's team -- hope to start the year off right against the Hornets on Wednesday. The Spurs were 50-16 last season, the best record in the league.

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Los Angeles Lakers - 10:30 p.m. (NBA): The Lakers are the first team to play two games this season when they travel to play the Trail Blazers. With their new star-studded team, the Lakers lost to Dallas, 99-91, on Tuesday.
