Boston Red Sox at New York Yankees - 7:05 p.m. (TV/Radio: NESN/WEEI-AM 850, FM 93.7): The Red Sox close out their 2012 season with one last shot at the Yankees. The Sox lost the first two games of the series and look to avoid getting swept. If Boston can win, and Baltimore tops Tampa Bay, the Orioles and Yankees will end the season tied for at the top of the AL East.

The Red Sox will send Daisuke Matsuzaka to the mound in what could be his final appearance in a Red Sox uniform. The Yankees will pitch Hiroki Kuroda.

Baltimore Orioles at Tampa Bay Rays - 7:10 p.m.(ESPN2): The Orioles hope to catch the Yankees with help from the Red Sox.
