UNH made a splash on Saturday after it upset No. 1 seed Miami (OH) with a 3-1 victory. As a result, the Wildcats were rewarded with a trip to the second round for a match-up with No. 3 seed Notre Dame at 8 p.m. EDT (ESPNU).
The winner of UNH and Notre Dame will advance to face Minnesota-Duluth in the 2011 Frozen Four on Thursday, April 7th (Time TBA/ESPN2, ESPN3.com).
In the first game of the day, No. 1 seed North Dakota will take on No. 2 seed Denver at 5:30 p.m. (ESPNU). The winner of this game will take on Michigan in the 2011 Frozen Four on Thursday (Time TBA/ESPN2, ESPN3.com).
