Patriots Thursday Injury Update: Patrick Chung And Brandon Spikes Miss Another Day Of Practice

New England Patriots defensive starters Patrick Chung and Brandon Spikes each missed practice Thursday for the second day in a row.

The New England Patriots' injury report for Thursday's practice is exactly the same as the one the day before.

Defensive starters Patrick Chung and Brandon Spikes each missed practice for the second consecutive day. Chung, a safety, has a foot injury and Spikes, a linebacker, has a knee injury. Linebacker Dane Fletcher (thumb) and center Ryan Wendell (concussion) also missed practice.

The following players made limited participation in Thursday's practice: cornerback Kyle Arrington (foot), defensive end Shaun Ellis (rib), running back Kevin Faulk (knee), running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis (toe), linebacker Gary Guyton (shoulder), linebacker Jerod Mayo (knee), wide receiver Taylor Price (hamstring), offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer (back) and WR Wes Welker (rib).

The Patriots take on the New York Jets this Sunday night at 8:20 p.m. The game will be aired on NBC.
