Brad Bergesen (8-10) scattered five hits and one run over six innings for the win.
Scott Atchison (2-3) allowed three runs on three hits while recording one out in the seventh to take the loss.Clay Buchholz got the start and allowed one unearned run on four hits over six full frames.
"For the most part, I felt pretty good," said Buchholz. "The deeper I went into the game, though, I got deeper into counts. You don't want to give them more chances like that."
"My goal was to hit a fly ball -- when I hit it I knew it was deep enough for (Roberts) to tag, but then I thought it might have a chance to go out, and it did," said Wigginton.
It was a 5-1 advantage for the visitors in the eighth as Jones hit a leadoff double, moved up on a groundout and came in on a sacrifice fly from Andino.
Roberts and Markakis singled to start the ninth then Roberts came home on Adrian Beltre's wild throw to first after scooping up a Wigginton grounder. Scott's single brought in Markakis, then a wild pitch plated Wigginton for an 8-1 game. Pie's grounder later in the inning scored Scott for an eight-run Baltimore lead.
Matt Albers closed out the victory with a scoreless home ninth.
Jed Lowrie's one-out double in the second turned into Boston's only run of the game when Nava singled him home with two down.
The O's knotted the game in the sixth as Jones singled with two outs, then Marco Scutaro's fielding error on a Pie ball managed to plate him.
Baltimore leads the season series, 9-8, and has split 10 games in Boston with the season-finale on Wednesday...Bergesen has won five of his last six decisions dating back to August 11...Buchholz went the distance in his only other start against the Orioles this season, turning in a five-hit complete- game shutout on June 4 at Baltimore.
