Manny Delcarmen To Begin Rehab Assignment Thursday
The Red Sox have announced that Manny Delcarmen will begin a rehab assignment Thursday with the Double-A Portland Sea Dogs as he seeks to return from the disabled list.
Delcarmen hasn’t pitched in a game since June 30, when he gave up five runs to the Tampa Bay Rays without recording an out.
